How to create an Outlook rule to take advantage of the Subvenion spam filter

(This only applies to customers who have their email filtered through our servers)

In outlook, select the 'tools' menu,
choose the Rules and Alerts... option,
Click on New Rule...,
Select Start from a blank rule,
Ensure that Check messages when they arrive is selected,
In the Select condition(s) section, check the option: with specific words in the message header,
Click the 'specific words' option that has now appeared,
Add X-Spam-Level:9 as the word or phrase to look for and click OK,
Click Next,
In the Select Action(s), check the option: move it to the specified folder,
Click the specified option that has now appeared,
Select the Junk E-mail folder and click OK (Customers with Outlook 2000/XP/2002 or Express will have to create this folder),
Click Next,
In the Are there any exceptions? section click Next,
In the Finish rule setup. section, create a name for the rule, we suggest Subvenion Spam Filter,
Click Finish to complete the rule,
Click OK to exit the Rules and Alerts window.
